President and CEO
As CEO, Claude is responsible for DAT’s strategy and execution. Under his leadership, the DAT network delivers the largest aggregated source of available truck load capacity in North America and more than 256 million freight load postings annually to over 55,000 carriers, transportation intermediaries and shippers. Claude has 25 years of executive leadership and experience delivering innovation and profitable growth in the technology industry.
Prior to DAT, Claude served as Group Executive for Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP), where he was responsible for the RF and Software segment. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at the Broe Group, a private equity firm with a diverse portfolio of real estate, transportation, energy and technology investments. He was also Chief Financial Office of Ciber Global, a publicly-traded global technology and outsourcing company with over $1 billion in revenues. Earlier in his career, Claude served in senior executive roles with CA Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq Computer, and as a consultant for McKinsey & Company.
Claude earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia and completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Managerial Studies at Rice University.
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff joined DAT in 2019 and brings a strong track record of delivering growth and powerful brands through customer-driven innovation. Before joining DAT, Jeff led marketing and strategy at Intel Sports and served as Managing Director at Ziba Design and Chief Marketing Officer for T-Mobile and Polaroid. He has been on the forward edge of digital transformation, leading market innovation in web services, media, mobile/wireless, imaging, and innovation in digital marketing.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Chapman College and is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was awarded Top 100 Marketing Executive by Advertising Age.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tony joined DAT Solutions after serving as the Senior Director of Finance and Business Operations at Intel Corporation. With nearly 20 years’ tenure in the technology sector, Tony has deep experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, revenue optimization, and management. As part of the leadership team for two internal start-ups at Intel, Tony played a critical role in developing business plans and assembling high-performance staffing teams.
Tony has an M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
Nadya Duke Boone
Vice President, Product
Nadya is responsible for defining and building great products for DAT customers; she leads and supports the Product Management, Data Science and User Experience Design teams. Prior to DAT, Nadya was a product leader at the successful SaaS company New Relic, where she developed their first artificial intelligence products and branding, led product for the development and launch of the New Relic One platform, and was the General Manager of their flagship product, APM. Earlier in her career, Nadya’s roles included working as an IT director for a Fortune 1000 company, the first engineering leader at a startup acquired by Boeing, and product manager for multiple SaaS product launches.
Nadya has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and is a licensed electrical engineer.
Vice President, Strategy Execution
Greg Hastings is DAT’s Vice President, Strategy Execution. Greg is responsible for the development and execution of DAT’s strategic and business planning processes. Greg also leads DAT’s partnering initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.
Greg was a core leader in the Transport & Logistics practice at McKinsey & Co. in Charlotte, NC, where he helped clients improve operational efficiencies and navigate disruptive trends and their implications on the supply chain.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Greg spent more than 11 years in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer commanding Ranger and Airborne units. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Vice President, Technology
Mark is responsible for the software development and system management teams and is passionate about delivering world-class products that delight our customers. He and his team work continually to ensure that the latest technologies are applied to deliver simple solutions that improve supply chain efficiency and visibility.
Mark has spent his career developing high quality software, beginning at Boeing and Microsoft, before joining DAT in 2010. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Washington.
Vice President, Sales
Mike has over 25 years of direct sales experience, holding sales and management positions in B2C and B2B marketplaces, including telecommunications (USWest), financial management (Citigroup), and non-profit promotion (United Way).
Mike joined DAT 15 years ago and is a transportation industry expert, focusing on delivering value throughout the customer experience. He has held progressively responsible sales leadership positions, managing all aspects of the DAT sales process, from lead generation to outside sales. Most recently he served as Director of Enterprise Sales, focusing on DAT’s largest partners.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from the University of Oregon.
Vice President, Human Resources
Lisa is responsible for creating and maintaining a workplace culture that engages our employees and ensures each employee’s talents are developed and utilized to their full potential. With over twenty years of experience in human resources and facilities management, Lisa has held HR positions in the cable and pharmaceutical industries prior to joining DAT in 1999.
Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, and holds certificates in human resources management and compensation.
